On February 10, Jingyeyingkou Middle Plate Steel Plant and Gaoyi Plant jointly produced 22A cold heading steel for high-end nail making in sea salt area. From the preliminary material preparation to strict control of the production process, to the final product quality inspection, every link demonstrates the pursuit of quality of all staff.
Before production, the branch factory carefully completes the material preparation work to ensure that the raw materials meet production needs and lay a solid foundation for the smooth progress of production. The equipment maintenance team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the production equipment, which not only repaired potential hidden dangers of the equipment, but also accurately calibrated various parameters, so that the accuracy and stability of the equipment reached the best state, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth operation of the entire production process.
During the production process, technicians follow up on the entire process and pay close attention to the control of each production process. During the refining process, technicians strictly control the degree of slag production, deoxidation and slag time to ensure the purity of the molten steel, and provide high-quality molten steel for subsequent processes; in the casting process, the operators use long water outlet argon seal, middle-pack argon blowing and adding cover agent to maximize the protection casting, effectively reducing the contact between the molten steel and air, avoiding secondary oxidation, and greatly ensuring the quality of the billet; in the surface quality control, technicians conduct detailed inspections on the surface of the billet and the strip, and do not miss any defects that may affect the product quality; in the protection of the strip transportation, sling protection, wire coil interval loading, and firm binding are implemented to ensure that the product is not damaged during the lifting process.
It is precisely because of the careful and responsible nature of each staff member in each process and the strict implementation of process requirements that the quality of the 22A product produced this time can reach a high level. After testing, the pass rate of 1/3 cold pier of the plate bar reached 100% for the first time, injecting strong impetus into Yingkou mid-board further expanding the market and enhancing the brand image.
